What are Premium Games and why do I have to pay for them?
Premium Games are games we present to the public as a step above the online games. Premium Games can often be played offline, have higher quality graphics, and deeper game play. Most Premium Games are developed to play more naturally with the Stix™ product line.
How are the Premium Games delivered?
Premium games will be sent via e-mail as a web link for you to download. The e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address used to purchase the game (not necessarily the one you registered your GoLive2™ Account with).
How do I install the Premium Games I purchased?
After clicking on the web link in the e-mail, you will be taken to the login page to log in and download the Premium Games you purchased. Double-click on the installer file you downloaded to start the installation.
I never received my Premium Game e-mail after purchasing online, what happened?
Please insure that your e-mail currently does not have us blocked for incoming mail. This may cause the e-mail from being delivered, blocked as SPAM, or filtered into your junk mail folder.

What is GoLive2™ Racing?
GoLive2™ Racing is a PC client-server free-to-play massively multiplayer online racing game (MMOG). Lounge, paddock, and garage public areas provide meeting zones where players can interact, challenge one another, and recruit fellow team members. There are two primary tracks available for players – a short course and a long course. For a modest additional monthly subscription price, additional tracks are available to players including features like avatar and race car customizations.

I have a young child, can they use the Stix™ safely?
The Stix™ can be played by all ages. However, there are several steps that should be taken to insure that the player is playing safely. When playing with the Stix™, the user should follow these steps to insure their safety.
- Please make sure you are healthy enough to play. If you suffer from epilepsy, dizziness, or nausea, it is unwise to play certain Stix™ games.
- Before starting, please make sure there is at least a 3 feet radius of open space for your body to be mobile in.
- When playing, make sure the wristband is tightly secured around the wrist of the playing hand to prevent accidents from dropping or throwing the Stix™.
- When playing with a friend, please make sure there is adequate space between you and your friend to avoid collisions between one another.
How do I install batteries into my Stix™?
Use a Phillips-Head screwdriver to remove the battery cover off the Stix™. Place two AA batteries in the Stix™. Then place the cover back over the batteries and twist the screw back into place. Please do not use excessive force in tightening the screw into place as it may damage the cover and/or the batteries.
What is the difference between Stix™ 200 and Stix™ 400?
Both the Stix™ 200 and the Stix™ 400 use patented technology to translate real world motions into in-game action by calculating speed, positioning and the direction of your movements. Stix™ 200™ is a great introduction to a beginning PC player. Easy setup and easy instructions allows for the player to simply plug the Stix™ Base in and begin to play. The Stix™ 400™ allows the more advanced player to step up their gameplay to another level with unprecedented motion.
It seems like my Stix™ has been synchronized but it still doesn’t work for my computer.
Synchronizing to other bases requires the Stix™ to be shut off and the batteries taken out. Then plug into the computer the desired Stix™ Base that you would like your Stix™ Controller to be synchronized to. Put the batteries back into the Stix™ and then turn it on. The Stix™ light should be solid indicating it has been synchronized to your new base. It is possible the Stix™ to be synchronized to another Stix™ base. Please insure that all other Stix™ bases are disconnected at the time of synchronization.

Please insure that the Stix™ base is firmly plugged into a USB port on your computer. If it is and it still does not work, please try to attach the Stix™ base to another USB port and please check the USB port itself to insure both the Stix™ base and the USB port are operating as intended.

The Stix™ is not compatible with a television. However, if your PC is connected to your TV, then you can play Stix™ games on your TV. The Stix™ is compatible with thousands of Web-based and PC games.
