Choose advice from others

Run it like UPS or FedEx. Change their pension and benefits system to be competitive with UPS and FedEx. Privatize office/store locations.

USPS is one fucked up system. A government department that makes money to support it's operation like a business. It needs to run like a business or a government service, not both.
